Sanctification of the Nations

The Last Days have a sequence of the reduction of the Nations to a position where they can be brought in to a relationship with God and the world prepared for the millennial reign of Jesus Christ. Those last years of the end are reflected in the period of Sanctification of the Temple and the conduct of the Feasts of the First and the Seventh months.
Sanctification of the Nations
In this paper we will consider the remainder of this current Jubilee and the structure of the Jubilee.
The Jubilee also mirrors the Omer Count to Pentecost from the Wave-Sheaf Offering. It is the 50-year structure of the seven perfect Sabbaths we see in the Omer Count. It reflects the Holy Spirit developed in mankind over the human lifespan from twenty years of age to the seventy years allocated to mankind.
The year 2006 (or 29/120) commenced a very exciting prospect or process related to the Sanctification of the Temple as the Sanctification of the Elect, and also the Sanctification of the Nations, as part of the final sequence of the Plan of God.
When we go through the process of sanctification we start on the 1st of Abib with the sanctification of the Temple. On the 7th of Abib we have the sanctification of the ‘simple and erroneous’. We fast for that period. The next 7 days bring us to the Lord’s Supper, which is the sanctification of the individual and the Church in and through Jesus Christ, followed by the 1st Holy Day; and the 21st day is the last Holy Day of Unleavened Bread.
That sequence is in increments of three sets of seven days totalling 21 days. What we do each year, and have done each year for a long time is very much ingrained into the Church’s thinking. For the last 100 years we have not fully understood this process. We have only understood the build-up to the Passover and not the sanctification. This understanding was lost to the Church for nearly two hundred years, or perhaps even as much as five hundred years.
The Jubilee cycle from the last Jubilee in 1977/8 incorporates the Sabbath Years (which require the Reading of the Law) 1984, 1991, 1998, 2005, 2012, 2019 and 2026. 2027 is a Jubilee year. This current Jubilee is the 120th Jubilee since the closure of Eden and the cursing of the Earth.
1984 was the first Sabbath of this Jubilee cycle, and in that next Sabbath cycle we commenced another cycle of the end days from 1987. This was the first year of the period referred to as “this generation”, which is a period of 40 years to 2027. 1997 is 30 years prior to 2027 and is another cycle. This 40-year period is the generation that Christ speaks of that shall not pass away until all these things are accomplished. This was when the Temple was ordered to be measured (see Measuring of the Temple (No. 137)). In 1987, Joseph W. Tkach, of the Worldwide Church of God, stated that the Temple was being measured. The statement was correct; that was exactly where we were at that time.
This period from 1987 began the measuring of the Temple. The process went through the Sabbath year of 1991 to the beginning of the next cycle of the Last Days in 1997, which was the period of the “thirty days of the mourning” for Moses on a year-for-a-day principle or, in other words, the period 1997 to 2027. This was the end of the Time of the Gentiles. Thus, the measuring of the Temple was brought in to coincide with the end of the age and the reduction of the nations.
In the third year of that cycle, 1994, CCG was formed. All new beginnings relating to operations commence in the third year of the cycle.
We went from 1994 to the end of Adar 2006, which was a twelve-year period. The twelfth year is the year of government, order and structure. The thirteenth year is classically a year devoted to the government of the Congregation of God. As Levi is in effect the administration as the thirteenth tribe, so too is this number associated with rebellion and seizure of power.
At the Passover of the 28th year, or 2005, the United States Church was warned that there would be a division. They were told in clear terms that there would be an attack on the Church in that year in North America, and that there would be an attempt to destroy the Church. They were told that was why it was important that the Coordinators General remained on their governing committee. The voting members all agreed, unanimously, that that should be so.
At the Feast of Tabernacles, it was obvious to most of us that a wrong spirit had entered the Church, and that there was a spirit of animosity and hostility that should not have been in the Church. Those in attendance were all warned when the photographs were taken that some people in that photo would not be in the Church next Feast. In spite of these two very clear warnings, people still did not listen to what was said. Many paid the penalty and left the Church in a spirit of rebellion.
This sequence was planned for the Passover, but God did not allow it to happen during the Passover. He forced its declaration on 1st Abib and removed them in their entirety by the 7th of Abib. So, by the 1st of Abib of 29/120, the year 2006, they had declared their rebellion. It was a Korahite rebellion.
Thus, we saw that the beginning of the thirteenth year is a function of government and rebellion in the same way that there are thirteen tribes, and Levi is the thirteenth element that forms the priesthood. As members of the Church, we form that function of the priesthood in the same governmental structure. That is why, in the year 2006, the rebellion in the Church in North America commenced on the 1st of Abib, and was completed on the 7th of Abib. God would not allow the Passover to be marred any further than it was because of this rebellion.
The 1st of Abib was not just the First day of the sanctification of the year 2006 of the 29th year of the 120th Jubilee. It began the sanctification of the Temple of God for the Last Days. It began the twenty-one days on a year-for-a-day principle. The twenty-one days go to 2012, 2019, and 2026 which is the Sabbath year before the Jubilee. The Jubilee is blown at Atonement of that year and goes from Atonement to Atonement.
We are now in the process of the sanctification of the Temple leading up to the Passover of the 14th year of this system, which is 2019. Jesus Christ will be here and fully operational by 2019. Over that period, Christ will take over the World and ‘sanctify the nations’ as part of the millennial system, and the entire system will be brought to repentance and to baptism sequentially and in order.
This process of development requires two things to happen: the conversion of Judah, and the conversion of Islam through two tribes. Then the tribes are twelve and twelve, and that constitutes twenty-four, which is the priesthood of the government of God. This sequence has to happen, and that is why the demons have spent so much time trying to destroy the Church that recognises and deals with that issue, especially in this last year, so that this could not happen. This is because we are the only church that has the doctrines correctly restored so that we can take a dialogue to both Judah and Islam. There is no other church that can speak to them.
Doctrines of the Churches of God in the Twentieth Century
Of the Churches of God that were capable of being effective in the twentieth century, the Church of God (Seventh-Day) was not effective in its theology, and later destroyed its doctrines in Binitarianism.
In his restoration of that era, or “Sardis” system, Herbert Armstrong’s doctrines were hopelessly inadequate. The theology was ditheist, and we cannot talk to Islam when we have two gods. In our studies of the Koran, looking at Surahs 30, 31, 32 and 33, we see the emphasis on the One True God and the resurrection of the dead. The Church of God system of the twentieth century simply did not have the capacity to speak on any balanced basis with one quarter of the planet. God simply could not use them. That is why they were not allowed to do the job.
They were ditheist. They became ditheist to try to recruit money in the United States from the Protestant Trinitarian system. They needed ditheism to do that, or so they thought. So they prostituted the doctrines of the Church to reach Protestant American money. The irony of the situation is that the Saudi Arabian Royal family reportedly now owns 1/7th of the United States. The Chinese also own massive amounts.
What is happening is that these people will be reached by the correct biblical doctrines. We will produce that comprehensive message and relate it to the Koran over the next seven years. That is why an attempt has to be made to destroy not just the Church but also its writers and leaders.
The Sanctification of the Simple and the Erroneous at the Seventh day or 2012 – the Seventh year or Sabbath year, on a year-for-a-day basis – is a very important sequence.
We can expect to see the Two Witnesses in this period (see paper The Two Witnesses (No. 135)). From Passover of 2012 to the Day of Trumpets in 2015 may well see the period of 1263½ days. On a year-for-a-day basis, the 10th day of Abib is represented by the year 2015. Christ made his triumphal entry into Jerusalem on the 10th of Abib as the setting aside of the lamb for the Passover. We could thus expect to see the death of the Witnesses and Christ’s return in 2015, with a period of consolidation up to 2019. They will probably appear within the period 2012-2019 with the Messiah taking control at Jerusalem by 2019.
The task of the Church is to be ready in 2012. We are to have the Gospel preached to all nations by the Sabbath year of 2012.
The Two Witnesses will then do their job and deal with the planet. We know that in 1263½ days from the first time they set foot on the mountain that Christ will be here. No man knows the day or the hour, but we know when the Witnesses are in place that there are 1263½ days before the return of Christ. We hope that 2015 (as the Tenth year of the sequence) represents Christ’s triumphal entry into Jerusalem, as when he came in under the palm branches riding an ass’s colt in 30 CE.
In terms of Christ’s coming in sequence and in accordance with the prophecies, we must assume that God will follow His own Calendar as He has done for millennia. He follows His own system of salvation.
We have faithfully followed and kept the understanding of all of these things that represent the Plan of Salvation. We have kept these Feasts and Holy Days as part of God’s Calendar, and have continually done so over the past 6,000 years. The Plan of Salvation has unfolded according to His Calendar. We do not see Him throwing it away in the last thirty years. We see this unfolding to the Jubilee in 2027. We expect that Christ will deal with the whole world from 2019 to 2027, and all of us will be in our inheritance by 2028.
This sequence of the 13th year of the Church’s development leads next to the 15th year as the threefold year of grace. In that year, the 3rd year of this Sabbatical cycle, we can expect greater things. There are things that will grow and develop. The attacks on the Church and its leaders will grow. We need to get used to these attacks on all of us.
We have to ensure we reach 2012 with all our doctrines intact and with everyone who is of like mind. If the Witnesses are there to read the Law in 2012, as we think and hope, we can then hand over and do as we are told in support.
This is the build-up to the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Remember, when Joshua spoke to Christ they entered Israel at Gilgal and circumcised all of Israel before the Passover. This is the period of circumcision. The Witnesses will deal with this sequence when they get here hopefully between 2012 and 2015, and then from 2015 to 2019 we expect to see is the preparation under Messiah.
The Feast of Unleavened Bread is the reduction of the nations. See the sequence to the seven days round Jericho in the paper The Fall of Jericho (No. 142). On the Seventh day the whole of the system fell down at the end of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. That last Holy Day of Unleavened Bread is 2026, which is the Sabbath year at the end of the 120th Jubilee.
The Second Witness
The “second witness” to this sequence is found in the Seventh month.
There are 21 days involved also in that sequence. This of itself repeats the coming of the Messiah as both the Priest Messiah of the first Advent and the King Messiah of the second Advent. These aspects are covered in the papers Atonement (No. 138) and Azazel and Atonement (No. 214).
The Day of Trumpets heralds the commencement of the period of the Return.
There are then ten days to the Day of Atonement, which is the period of the reconciliation of the planet to God. The next four days bring us up to the commencement of the Feast of Tabernacles.
This sequence follows the same fourteen-day period but with different significance.
The fact of the tabernacling of Christ with us shows that there is a conflict going on over this period, where the Church has already been taken to Christ from the Day of Atonement, and then from there the entire world is brought into subjection. However, the elect are already elohim as part of the First Resurrection. Thus, from the Tenth day of the sequence, or theoretically in 2015, there would be no further admittance possible to the First Resurrection. So, for the remainder of the time-frame up until the year 2027, and on until 3027, all mankind are consigned to the Second Resurrection.
When those Two Witnesses are killed and lie dead in the streets people shall rejoice and not suffer them to be buried, because the people will know that the test of the Witnesses’ prophethood is their resurrection and restoration to Christ.
They will teach against the mainstream Christian religious structure, against modern Islam, and against the New World system. They will rebuke this planet and deal with it. When they are finally given to be overcome, as it is given to all men once to die, they will lie for three and a half days and then they will rise from the dead in the sight of all men. The time-frame indicates that there is one resurrection for all, and thus we might assume that so too will the dead in Christ rise at this time. Then those of us who are left alive will join them and we will be translated into elohim. This is the First Resurrection. We will go to Jerusalem and ever be with the Lord.
When that point is reached it will be too late, and much of the world will weep because there is nothing that they can do to reclaim their position or turn back the clock. They will have rejected their opportunity and will not get another opportunity for another 1007 years. Then they will spend time in the toughest training camp they have ever seen.
The period from say 2015 to 2027 will then see the restoration of Israel and the sequential sanctification and conversion of the rest of the world. The Feast of Tabernacles represents the Millennium and the fact of the safety of the Elect, who will be kept from the day of destruction as promised by God through Revelation. The Feast of Unleavened Bread represents the removal of sin from the world and the reduction of the Gentile nations hostile to God. This is coincidental to the Feast of the Elect at Tabernacles, which in the Last Days is the same period of time.
The Fourteenth day of Abib represents the last possible time for the conversion of Judah and its circumcision at Gilgal, and for the salvation of the Gentiles, as represented by Rahab and the ribbon on the lintels in the wall of Jericho. Whether we are looking at a physical salvation or a spiritual one is difficult to say. Looking at the delay of the actual First Resurrection to allow others to convert in the Last Days seems less likely indeed.
The time and circumstances are not there. It appears that we are looking at the physical conversion of Judah so that they can be established in the Holy Land by 2019. From that Reading of the Law in 2019, the nations will be brought down and destroyed in the vials of the wrath of God (see the papers The Seven Seals (No. 140) and The Seven Trumpets (No. 141)).
The Holy Days and Feast of the Seventh month mirror the 21 days of the First month, but they also carry the symbolism over into the millennial system and thus have dual application. The First day of the Seventh month can also signify the coming of the Messiah, heralded by the trumpet of the Archangel. The reconciliation of the planet takes place at “day ten”, which is ten year-days after a theoretical arrival in 2015. The Jubilee is blown at Atonement 2026 and goes to Atonement 2027.
The millennial system then follows on from 2028, and the Last Great Day follows the Millennium as the Second Resurrection of the Dead, from 3028. Now that is the usual annual depiction of the sequence of the Kingdom of God within the Churches of God. However, as we see, the sequence also confirms the 21 days of the First month, and has the dual application of the last 21 years of the sequence of the Last Days.
The comparison between the sequence of the first month and the seventh month when laid out in sequence of the time of the end seems to show a correlation between the Seventh of Abib and the Tenth day of Abib which is the Sanctification period ending in the Sanctification of the simple and erroneous in 7 Abib and the setting aside of the lamb on the Tenth day.
In the Seventh month the Seventh day has no direct festival or activities but the Tenth has the Atonement sequence. This shows Christ as both Priest Messiah and as King Messiah prior to the Feast of Tabernacles dealing with the millennial reign and system.
Thus we might expect the First sequence to indicate the Witnesses in the seventh year of the last 21 years which is 2012 which will then flow on to 2015 but the sequence of the Seventh month indicates that it may well commence from 2015 and go on from there to 2018-2019 to the Messiah arriving then.
Whatever is the case the sequence shows the powerful intervention of God through His servants the prophets and Messiah.
That is our understanding of what is before us over the next 21 years. Our job is to make sure we do not lose anyone through our own silly behaviour. The process of tying the Koran back to the Bible is a very important task and is part of the witness to Islam, being one quarter of the planet. We cannot over-emphasise the importance of that task.
God does nothing except He warns those people through His servants the prophets, which is the Church of God.
