Sabbath and Feast Of Tabernacles 14/7/31/120 – 22/7/31/120
Dear Friends.
This is the Sabbath, and the Feast adjoins it as a straight nine-day festival this year. At Atonement we informed you about the expansion in Nigeria and the basis of the reorganisation of the Churches there. This message will also be to encourage those in other parts of Africa and to update us all on what is happening there. This message will deal predominantly with Kenya and we will bring you further information as we progress with other national church groups as they are confirmed and are appointed. These increases are beginning to happen in Africa but there is movement elsewhere and we will provide more details as we get further confirmation from the coordinators
East Africa
The senior coordinator in Kenya has just finished his visit to Mombasa and organised the churches there. Although he still has some churches to visit and organise we decided to bring you information about the churches in Kenya so far confirmed.
The organisation of CCG in Mombasa has two churches. One is at Kongowea and the other is at Likoni. Because one is north and the other to the south of Mombasa and the link by ferry is long and expensive they meet as separate groups for Sabbaths and meet together for New Moons and Feasts. The Coordinator of CCG Mombasa was one of the groups that came in from Living and RCG. His name is Peter Inishi. Many of the groups here came from a Church of God background. Many did not. Thus the feast will be a learning experience for all, getting everyone up to speed with CCG procedures and sermons. Translations are also important
So now our current confirmed churches in Kenya are:

West Africa
Nigeria
All areas. (Richard Uko Coordinator; Translation Secretary Joy Ukoette).
CCG West Africa is based in Nigeria. It is now organised with its Regional Headquarters and office there. Its’ members, like many also in East Africa, have some 25 years experience in the Churches of God.
Ghana: Translation into the Fante branch of Akan is being undertaken from the US Church representatives at present.
South Africa
Headquartered at Johannesburg, the Coordinator is Juan Boshoff.
Registration for all churches is being undertaken with CCG attorneys, as they can be organised.
It is of note that www.ccg.org and www.logon.org have very much higher than the usual web access from African Americans than the rest of the web. Logon.org has also almost twice as many Hispanics as the normal access for the web.
The Feast.
We should all pray that the churches around the world are able to meet without hindrance and that the African Churches are able to meet and learn from the materials provided to them.
The French work is getting materials to Burundi and the Congo and those works will be explained and then translated into Rundi and Lingala. Rundi is the language of Burundi and Lingala is the language of the Western Congo. East Africa will work in Kiswahili.
Please remember Texas USA in your prayers as the hurricanes are headed into the area of the Texas Feast site.
God has chosen to commence to place the Churches of God together again. Pray that the ministry that would use them for their own benefit are not able to stop or influence the Churches of God. Pray that the false doctrines and opportunists that have affected their capacity and purity of doctrine over the 20th century are removed and not able to affect our progress any longer in this great restoration process.
When God does things it is not by strength or power but by His Spirit. That is why God has chosen the poorest and most scattered of the brethren to commence this restoration and it is being done from Africa simply to confound the so-called mighty of the churches. That is, those people that have used the funds and doctrines of the Church of God to their own benefit. Pray that we are given sound leaders as we develop the work. Some have been weeded out already. Some are trying to get back in already after realising that they betrayed the trust God gave to them through CCG. That is why Satan has had the Trinitarians put so much effort into their expansion in Africa to cripple the expansion of the Church of God there. Satan did the same at the Reformation but was allowed to succeed because his time had not yet been reached and it would have been cut too short. Now he has but little time and he is trying to reduce or destroy the Church of God.
God has decided to act and it is a truly exciting experience to see the fruits of this work now coming into harvest. Pray for our success. Pray for the consolidation of the brethren and the Churches of God.
Wade Cox
Coordinator General
