1 Akoranya bamwe cumi na babiri, abaha ubushobozi n’ububasha ku badayimoni bose no gukiza indwara. Abatuma kubarira abantu ivy’ubwami bw’Imana, no gukiza abarwaye. Arababarira ati : Ntimugire ico mujana ku nzira, ar’inkoni cank’isaho, cank’impamba, cank’amahera; kandi ntimugire amapfundo abiri. Kand’inzu yose muzokwinjiramwo, abe ari yo mugumamwo, kugeza aho muzovira aho hantu. Abazokwanka bose kubakira, mukiva mur’ico gisagara, muze mukunkumure umukungugu wo mu birenge vyanyu, kibe ikimenyetso kibabere icabona. Baragenda, bagendagenda mu mihana, bavuga ubutumwa bwiza, bakiriza abarwaye hose . Maz’umwami Herode, yumvise ivyabaye vyose, arazazanirwa, kuko bamwe bavuga bati : Yohana yazutse mu bapfuye ; abandi bati : Ni Eliya yiseruye; abandi bati : N’umwe mu bavugishwa n’Imana ba kera yazutse. Herode aravuga ati : Yohana ni jewe namwiciriye izosi; mbeg’uwo ni nde, numvakw’ibimeze bityo? Arondera uko yomubona. 10 Za ntumwa zigarutse zidondera Yesu ivyo zakoze vyose. Arabajana, abihererana mu gisagara citwa Betsayida. 11 Maz’ishengero ribimenye riramukurikira; arabakira, ababwira ivy’ubwami bw’Imana, kand’abagomba kuvurwa arabakiza. 12 Umusi ukuze, bamwe cumi na babiri baramwegera bati : Sezera abantu, baje mu mihana no mu misozi impande zose bake indaro, baronke ivyo kurya, kuko hano turi mu gahinga.  13 Arababarira ati : Mube ari mwebwe mubagaburira. Baramubwira bati : Nta kindi dufise, atar’udutsima dutanu n’udufi tubiri, shiti tugiye gusumira aba bantu bose. 14 Kuko bar’abagabo nk’ibihumbi bitanu. Abarira abigishwa biwe ati : Ni mubicarike biciye inteko z’abantu  nka mirongwitanu-mirongwitanu. 15 Babigira batyo, barabicarika bose. 16 Yabira ya mitsima itanu na za fi zibiri, ararangamiza, araba mw’ijuru, arabihezagira, arabimanyagura, abihaabigishwa ngo babishire imbere y’abantu. 17 Bararya, barahaga bose, batororokanya utumanyagu tw’imisigazwa, twuzura ibisimbo cumi na bibiri. 18 Maze yarikw’arasenga yiherereye, abigishwa biwe bari kumwe na we, arababaza ati : Abantu bagira ngo ndi nde ? 19 Baramwishura bati : Bagira ng’uri Yohana Umubatizi; abandi ng’uri Eliya; abandi ng’ur’umwe mu bavugishwa n’Imana ba kera yazutse. 20 Arababaza ati : Ariko mweho mugira ngo ndi nde ? Petero aramwishura ati : Uri Kristo w’Imana. 21 Arabihanikiriza, ababarira kutagira umuntu babwira ivyo; 22 ati : Umwana w’umuntu akwiye kuzobabazwa uburyo bwinshi, no kuzokwankwa n’abashingantahe n’abaherezi bakuru n’abanyabwenge b’ivyanditswe, no kuzokwicwa, no kuzozurwa ku musi ugira gatatu. 23 Abwira bose ati : Umuntu ni yagomba kunkurikira, ni yiyanke, yikorere umusaraba wiwe uko bukeye, ankurikire. 24 Kuk’uwugomba gukiza ubugingo bwiwe azobubura, arik’uwuzoheba ubugingo bwiwe kubwanje azobukiza. 25 Kand’umuntu vyomumarir’iki kwunguka ivyo mw’isi vyose, ni yabura ubgingo bwiwe, canke ni yabwakwa kw’iciru ? 26 Kuk’umuntu wese bizotera isoni kunyemera no kwemera amajambo yanje, n’Umwana w’umuntu  bizomutera isoni kumwemera, ah’azozira afise ubwiza bwiwe n’ubwa Se n’ubw’abamarayika bera. 27 Ariko ndababwire ukuri : Mur’aba bahagaze hano, harimwo bamwe batazobona urupfu gushitsa aho bazobonera ubwami bw’Imana. 28 Hanyuma y’ayo majambo, haheze imisi nka munani, ajana Petero na Yakobo, aduga igisozi, aja gusenga. 29 Arikw’arasenga, ishusho yo mu maso hiwe ihinduka ukundi, imyambaro yiwe yera derere, irakayangana. 30 Abagabo babiri bavugana na we, yari Mose na Eliya, 31 baboneka bafise ubwiza,  bavuga ivyo kuzotambura kwiwe, agira anonosorere i Yerusalemu. 32 Petero n’abari kumwe na we bari baremerewe n’itiro, bikanguye rwose babona ubwiza bwiwe na ba bagabo babiri bahagararanye na we. 33 Bagira batandukane na we, Petero abwira Yesu ati : Mwigisha, bitubereye vyiza ko turi hano, nuko duce insago zitatu, rumwe rwawe, urundi rwa Mose, urundi rwa Eliya. Ntiyar’azi ico avuga. 34  Akibivuga, igicu c’igipfungu kiraza, kibatera igitutu; ico gipfungu kikibashikako, baratinya. 35 Ijwi riva muri nya gicu riti : Nguyu Umwana wanje natoranije, ni mumwumve ! 36 Iryo jwi rishize, Yesu aboneka ar’umwe. Barabihora, ntihagira umuntu mur’iyo misi babwira na kimwe mu vyo babonye. 37 Bukeye bw’aho bamanutse ico gisozi, ishengero ryinshi riramusanganira.  38 Kand’umugabo wo muri bo avuga n’ijwi rirenga ati : Mwigisha ndakwinginze, ndabira umwana, kuko namuvyaye ari ikinege. 39 Kandi har’impwemu imufata, agatura akaborogo, ikamujegeza, akabimba ifuro, kand’ihejeje kumukungagura ikagora cane kumuvamwo. 40 Nanje ninginze abigishwa bawe kuyisenda, irabananira. 41 Yesu arishura ati : Yemwe ab’iki gihe mutizera b’ibidambidambi, nzogeza ryari kubana namwe no kubihanganira ? Zana hano umwana wawe. 42 Arikw’araza, dayimoni amutura hasi, aramujegeza  cane; Yesu akankamira iyo mpwemu ihumanye, akiza uwo muhungu, amusubiza se. 43 Bose batangazwa n’icubahiro gihambaye c’Imana. Ariko bose bagitangarira ivyo yakoze vyose, abarira abigishwa biwe ati : 44 Mushire aya majambo mu matwi yanyu; Umwana w’umuntu azoshirwa mu maboko y’abantu. 45 Bayoberwa iryo jambo, kandi bararihishwa ngo ntibarimenye, batinya kurimubaza iry’ari ryo. 46 Kandi havyuka ibihari muri bo, vy’umukuru wabo uw’ari we. 47 Ariko Yesu abonye ivyo bihari vyo mu mitima yabo, yabira akana, agahagarika i ruhande yiwe, 48 arababwira ati: Uwuzokwakira aka kana mw’izina ryanje, azoba anyakiriye, kandi uwunyakira aba yakiriye uwantumye; kuk’umuto muri mwebwe hanyuma ya mwese ari we mukuru. 49 Yohana aramwishura ati : Mwigisha, twabonye umuntu asenda abadayimoni mw’izina ryawe, turamubuza, kukw’atadukurikira. 50 Yesu aramubwira ati : Ntimumubuze, kuk’uwutar’umwansi wanyu ari mu ruhande rwanyu.. 51 Maz’imisi yiwe yo kuduzwa mw’ijuru igira ishike, yerekeza i Yerusalemu amaramaje kujayo. 52 atuma integuza imbere yiwe. Ziragenda, zija mu mihana y’Abasamariya kumuteguriza. 53 Ntibamwakira,  kuko yerekeje i Yerusalemu. 54 Abigishwa biwe Yakobo na Yohana, babibonye, baramubaza bati : Mugenzi, ugomba ko tubarira umuriro ng’utibuke uve mw’ijuru, ubayigize, nk’uko Eliya yakoze ? 55 Maz’arahindukira, arabakankamira ati : Erega ntimuzi umutima wanyu uk’usa; kuk’Umwana w’umuntu ataje guhonya ubugingo bw’abantu, ariko yaje kubukiza. 56 Nuko baja mu yindi mihana. 57 Bakiriko baragenda mu nzira, umuntu aramubwira ati : Ndagukurikira ah’uja hose. 58 Yesu aramubwira ati : Imbwebwe ziri n’imyobo, n’ibiguruka mu kirere biri n’ivyari; arik’Umwana w’umuntu we ntagira n’ah’arambika umusaya. 59 Maz’abarira uwundi muntu ati : Nkurikira. Na we ati : Mugenzi,  banza undekure ngende mpambe data. 60 Ariko Yesu aramubwira ati : Reka abapfuye bahambe abapfuye babo, ariko weho genda, ukwize ivy’Ubwami bw’Imana. 61 Uwundi muntu aramubwira ati : Mugenzi, ndagukurikira, ariko banza undekure, nje gusezera abo mu rugo i wanje. 62 Ariko Yesu aramubwira ati : Nta muntu afashe isuka irimishwa n’inka, araba inyuma, abereye ubwami bw’Imana.

1 Mu nyuma y’ivyo, Umwami Yesu atoranya abandi mirongwirindwi, atuma babiri babiri, ngo bagende imbere yiwe mu bisagara vyose n’ahantu hose ah’agira ace. Arababwira ati : Ivyimburwa ni vyinshi, arikw’abimbuzi ni bo bake; nuko ni mwinginge Nyen’ivyimburwa, arungike abimbuzi mu vyimburwa vyiwe. Ni mugende; raba mbatumye muri nk’abana b’intama mu mabingira hagati. Ntimujane umupfuko w’amahera, cank’isaho, cank’inkweto; kandi ntihagire n’uwo muramukanya mu nzira. Inzu yose muzokwinjiramwo, muze mubanze muvuge muti : Amahoro abe mur’iyi nzu ! Ni yaba irimw’umunyamahoro, amahoro yanyu azoba kuri we; ni bitamera bityo, azobagarukako. Kand’iyo nzu nyene muze muyigumemwo, murya munywa ivyo babahaye; kuk’umukozi akwiye ingero yiwe. Ntimugende murararaguza. Kand’igisagara cose mujamwo bakabakira, muze murye ivyo babahaye, mukize abarwaye baho, mubabwire mut’Ubwami bw’Imana burabegereye. 10 Arikw’igisagara cose mujamwo ntibabakire, muze musohoke muje mu nzira zaco muti : 11 N’umukungugu wo mu gisagara canyu, ufashe mu birenge vyacu, turawubakunkumuriye; ariko  mumenye iki, yuk’ubwami bw’Imana buri hafi. 12 Ndababwire, kur’uwo musi uzoza, Sodomu hazogira agahengekerezo kurusha nya gisagara. 13 Uzobona ibara, Korazini; uzobona ibara, Betsayida; kukw’ibikomeye vyakorewe muri mwebwe iyo biba vyakorewe muri Tiro n’i Sidoni, baba barihanye kera, bicaye bambaye amagunira, bisize umunyota. 14 Ariko muri Tiro n’i Sidoni hazogira agahengekerezo ku musi w’amateka kurusha mwebwe. 15 Nawe, Kaperinawumu, mbeg’uzoshirwa hejuru, ushike kw’ijuru? Oya, uzocokezwa i kuzimu. 16 Uwubumviye ni jewe aba yumviye; uwubanse,  ni jewe aba yanse; uwunyanse, aba yanse uwantumye. 17 Nuko bamwe mirongwirindwi bagarukana umunezero bati : Mugenzi, abadayimoni na bo baratwumvira mw’izina ryawe. 18 Arababwira ati : Nabonye satani, avuye mw’ijuru, akoroka nk’umuravyo. 19 Ehe mbahaye ububasha bwo gukandagira inzoka na sikorupiyo, n’ubwo kunesha ubushobozi bwa wa mwansi bwose, kandi ntakintu kizogira ico kibagira na gatoya. 20 Ariko ntimunezererwe n’ukw’izo mpwemu zibumvira, yamara munezerezwe n’ukw’amazina yanyu yanditswe mw’ijuru. 21 Uwo mwanya anezererwa cane muri Mpwemu Yera, aravuga ati : Ndaguhimbaza Data, Mwami w’ijuru n’isi, kukw’ivyo wabihishije abanyabwenge n’abahanga, ukubihishurira inzoya. Ego me Data, kuko washimye ko biba bityo imbere yawe. 22 Vyose nabihawe na Data; kandi nta wuzi Umwana uw’ari we, atari Data; na Data nta wumuzi uw’ari we atar’Umwana, n’uwo Umwana agomba kumuhishurira. 23 Ahindukirira abigishwa ababwira biherereye ati : Hahirwa amaso abona ivyo mubona ! 24 Ndababwira yukw’abavugishwa n’Imana benshi n’abami benshi bagomvye kubona ivyo mubona ntibabibona, no kwumva ivyo mwumva, ntibavyumva. 25 Maz’umwe mu bigisha ivyagezwe ava hasi, aramugeza ati : Mwigisha, nkore iki, ngo nze ndagwe ubugingo budashira ? 26 Na we aramubaza ati : Vyanditswe bite mu vyagezwe, kand’usoma iki ? 27 Aramwishura ati : Ngo mukundishe Uhoraho, Imana yanyu, imitima yanyu yose, n’ubugingo bwanyu bwose, n’inkomezi zanyu zose, n’ubwenge bwanyu bwose, kandi mukunde bagenzi banyu nk’uko mwikunda. 28 Aramubwira ati : Wishuye neza, gira utyo, uzogira ubugingo. 29 Maz’uwo agomvye kwiyerekana nk’uwugororotse, abaza Yesu ati : Mbega mugenzanje ni nde ? 30 Yesu aramwishura ati : Habaye umuntu yar’avuye i Yerusalemu, arikw’aramanuka aja i Yeriko, agwa mu bambuzi, baramukoba, baramukubita, barigira, ashigaje gatoya agahwera. 31 Hariho n’umuherezi amanuka mur’iyo nzira, amurengukako, amubonye aca i ruhande. 32 Kandi n’Umulewi ahashitse agira kuno, amubonye aca i ruhande. 33 Maz’Umusamariya yari mu nzira ashika kuri we, amubonye amutera akagongwe. 34 Aramwegera amupfuka inguma, amusomoza amavuta ya elayo na vino, amushira ku ndogoba yiwe, amujana mu ndaro y’abahita, aramurwaza. 35 Bukeye agoborora idenariyo zibiri, aziha nyen’indaro ati : Umurwaze, kand’ivy’uzotanga vyose birenze ivyo ni nagaruka nzobikwishura. 36 Mur’abo batatu ugira ngo ni nde yabonetse kw’ari mugenzi w’uwaguye mu bambuzi ? 37 Aramwishura ati : N’uwamugiriye imbabazi. Yesu aramubarira ati Nawe genda ugire utyo. 38 Maze bariko baragenda bashika mu mihana; umugore yitwa Marita aramwakira amushikiza mu nzu yiwe. 39 Uwo yar’afise mwene nyina yitwa Mariya, yicara imbere y’ibirenge vy’umwami Yesu, yumva ijambo ryiwe. 40 Ariko Marita ahagarikira umutima kuzimana vyinshi; aramwegera, aramubwira ati : Mugenzi, ntibikubabaje yuko mwene mama yantereranye ibikorwa? Nuko mubarire amfashe. 41 Umwami Yesu aramwishura ati : Marita, Marita, uriganyira wigora muri vyinshi. 42 Arikw’ibikwiye rwose ni kimwe; kuko Mariya ahisemw’umugabane mwiza, atazokwakwa.

Itorwa rya bamwe mirongwirindwi

vv. 1-16 Yesu arungika intumwa mirongwirindwi na zibiri.

Aba Hebdomekonta-Duo baratowe bararungikwa. Ni bo bitwa ngo "bamwe mirongwirindwi". Aba n’Urwego rusubirizwa mw’Ishengero ry’Imana nk’ikimenyetso co guhana ububasha n’ubutware mw’Ishengero. Ni igitigiri ca 72 (nk’uko amahanga yari mu Gusubira mu Vyagezwe 32:8 bayobowe na za elohim, bikaba vyarononywe birafutwa muri TM ; (soma RSV ; LXX ; MMM) ariko biguma bivugwa ngo Mirongwirindwi).
