Cities of Refuge (No. 300D)

Introduction

Under the Law, God provides for a facility that ensures safety for a number of classes of people that have sinned and committed offences but did not deserve to be put to death summarily. These aspects will be reintroduced into the Millennium under Messiah over the 1000 year reign but will also be implemented and maintained in the Second Resurrection as we will see.

Cities of Refuge

Numbers 35:9-34 And the LORD said to Moses, ¹⁰"Say to the people of Israel, When you cross the Jordan into the land of Canaan, ¹¹then you shall select cities to be cities of refuge for you, that the manslayer who kills any person without intent may flee there. ¹²The cities shall be for you a refuge from the avenger, that the manslayer may not die until he stands before the congregation for judgment. ¹³And the cities which you give shall be your six cities of refuge. ¹⁴You shall give three cities beyond the Jordan, and three cities in the land of Canaan, to be cities of refuge. ¹⁵These six cities shall be for refuge for the people of Israel, and for the stranger and for the sojourner among them, that any one who kills any person without intent may flee there. ¹⁶"But if he struck him down with an instrument of iron, so that he died, he is a murderer; the murderer shall be put to death. ¹⁷And if he struck him down with a stone in the hand, by which a man may die, and he died, he is a murderer; the murderer shall be put to death. ¹⁸Or if he struck him down with a weapon of wood in the hand, by which a man may die, and he died, he is a murderer; the murderer shall be put to death. ¹⁹The avenger of blood shall himself put the murderer to death; when he meets him, he shall put him to death. ²⁰And if he stabbed him from hatred, or hurled at him, lying in wait, so that he died, ²¹or in enmity struck him down with his hand, so that he died, then he who struck the blow shall be put to death; he is a murderer; the avenger of blood shall put the murderer to death, when he meets him. ²²"But if he stabbed him suddenly without enmity, or hurled anything on him without lying in wait, ²³or used a stone, by which a man may die, and without seeing him cast it upon him, so that he died, though he was not his enemy, and did not seek his harm; ²⁴then the congregation shall judge between the manslayer and the avenger of blood, in accordance with these ordinances; ²⁵and the congregation shall rescue the manslayer from the hand of the avenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to his city of refuge, to which he had fled, and he shall live in it until the death of the high priest who was anointed with the holy oil. ²⁶But if the manslayer shall at any time go beyond the bounds of his city of refuge to which he fled, ²⁷and the avenger of blood finds him outside the bounds of his city of refuge, and the avenger of blood slays the manslayer, he shall not be guilty of blood. ²⁸For the man must remain in his city of refuge until the death of the high priest; but after the death of the high priest the manslayer may return to the land of his possession. ²⁹"And these things shall be for a statute and ordinance to you throughout your generations in all your dwellings. ³⁰If any one kills a person, the murderer shall be put to death on the evidence of witnesses; but no person shall be put to death on the testimony of one witness. ³¹Moreover you shall accept no ransom for the life of a murderer, who is guilty of death; but he shall be put to death. ³²And you shall accept no ransom for him who has fled to his city of refuge, that he may return to dwell in the land before the death of the high priest. ³³You shall not thus pollute the land in which you live; for blood pollutes the land, and no expiation can be made for the land, for the blood that is shed in it, except by the blood of him who shed it. ³⁴You shall not defile the land in which you live, in the midst of which I dwell; for I the LORD dwell in the midst of the people of Israel."

There are specific laws for manslayers and these laws are covered in the texts concerning Law and the Sixth Commandment (No. 259) and also 259A).

The Cities of Refuge and the operation of the Law and the Testimony should be in effect now. However, due to the failure of mankind, the apostasy of Judaism, and the 20^th century Churches of God and the systematic elimination of the Law under the false religions all over the world, it will have to wait until the Witnesses restore the Nexus of the Law from 2027 to arrival of the Messiah and the Host, at the 1264^th day from the arrival of the Witnesses (No. 135; 141D). That is when he returns for the First Resurrection (No. 143A; 136B) and eliminates the NWO and the False Religions (No. 141F) of the world. He re-establishes, worldwide, the Laws of God, and the Testimony and the Temple Calendar (No. 156) that flows from the Law. That will include Judah and the Churches of God that will not repent of keeping the post Temple Hillel Calendar of 358 CE, under the Witnesses (No. 141D). Sardis and Laodicea of Rev. Ch 3 will be dealt with from their leaders on down, and there will be no one left alive, or not under plagues and drought, not keeping the Temple Calendar by 2031. They have to repent to enter the Millennium under the Reign of the Messiah (Nos. 300B; 300C). The Witnesses will teach exactly what God wants taught from the law and the testimony and the entire world will hear it all.

Spread of the Cities

Under the Law there were to be six cities of refuge, three in the Holy Land, and three in the East or Transjordan. In the millennial system there will be numbers established around the world, for the same purposes as is stated under the Law. Anyone who teaches antinomian heresy and says that the Law of God is done away will not need them, as they will be executed judicially. There will be no one enter the Millennium that follows the Gregorian Calendar with Christmas and Easter of the Mystery and Sun Cults, or the Hillel system with the Babylonian Intercalations. There will be no witches or warlocks that follow the Full Moon systems, or the Pagan rites, and Satanism, and those of Witchcraft, left alive by 2031. All Freemasons and other cults of Satan will not be allowed to survive. All of these may have to appeal to a City of Refuge until they can be tried. This will require the setting aside of the cities from the Advent (Nos 210A and 210B) from 2030 (see also No. 141E; 141E_2). It is no longer a matter of Satanists hiding in these Churches, including the Churches of God, as has been the case in the past. The Trinitarian Churches around the world will not be allowed to survive in any case and so they will all be eliminated, mostly by the Demons themselves from 2027 (see Nos 141D_3; 141D_3A; 141D_3B). The time frames and details are also in Nos. 288; 288_2. These time frames are all based on Trinitarian prophecies themselves, as well as Scripture. They come from the demons and are based on the time limitations placed on the demons, by the Almighty God in Scripture. Their time is finished in 2027 in the 120^th jubilee. They will however be placed in the Pit by the Host over the period 2028-2030. The Witnesses will reintroduce the Nexus of the Law and it will not rain from 2027 onwards, to later in 2030 under Messiah, unless they so direct.

Millennial Development of the Cities

The Holy Seed will be all that is allowed to enter the millennial system (Isa. 6:9-13; Am. 9:1-15) (Nos. 141E_3; 141E_3B). As they breed and expand the cities will be established throughout the world. By 3028 for the Second Resurrection there will be Cities of Refuge all over the world and housing facilities or camps that will be planned to house some fifty billion people for re-education. These will be every person ever born, or aborted in the womb, due to the massive abortions and murders of children and of people under torture in the Inquisitions and the Trinitarian murders and abortions under their horrific doctrines. So also we will have to use the Cities of Refuge as prisons where the false ministers and priests of the Sun and Mystery cults will have to be placed in Protective Custody so that they are not killed by those people they prevented from living or gaining a place in the First Resurrection of the Dead (No. 143A) at the beginning of the Millennium (see No. 136), at the return of the Messiah in 2030 for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb (No. 136B).

In his Inferno, Dante placed the Popes and Bishops at the lower levels of Hell. Unfortunately, that was based on the false doctrines of the Sun and Mystery cults. Dante's conclusion was based on the obvious sin and iniquity of the Church throughout his life from the popes on downwards. The reality is that Scripture caters for their protection, in similar manner in the Cities of Refuge, where they will be placed in Protective Custody, until the world can be educated enough, so that the people will not be able to kill them all, before the people are sufficiently educated, so as not to attempt to kill them. These categories will extend to the teachers and leaders of the Sardis and Laodicean systems of the Churches of God. These will extend to the Plymouth Brethren in the UK and the Commonwealth and elsewhere. So also to the false religions of the Mormons and the untold Protestant Trinitarian divisions. It extends even to the Church of God Seventh Day, and the RCG and WCG system and the offshoots of Armstrongism. It extends to the false prophets of Laodicea of the Whites, and especially E.G. White, and Vegetarian and Prohibitionist Adventists, and the Trinitarian plants in the SDAs. So also the false prophets of the other elements of the Laodicean systems in the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society or the Jehovah Witnesses that were utterly corrupted by Judge Rutherford and Charles Taze Russell and their multitude of false teachers. These are covered in the text False Prophecy (No. 269). They will all start to die under the Witnesses and those who haven't repented will be killed by the Messiah. Only the Holy Seed will enter the Millennium. The Ministry of the Trinitarian systems will all be killed by the demons over 2027 onwards as they created them through false doctrine in the first place and they worship Satan. Those still alive and unrepentant at the arrival of the Messiah will be put to death then if they have not repented. So also the system of Hadithic Islam will be completely wiped out under the Empire of the Beast (Nos. 299A; 299B) and the Messiah (No. 141E; 141E_2).

So also we will see the elimination of Hinduism and their forms of Ancestor Worship and the sects of Buddhism in Mysticism (see B7 series), and the Animist sects. All of their key teachers and organisers will be at risk. The great tragedy is that the people who tried to follow them were simply deceived and sent to the Second Resurrection (No. 143B), through the bad faith of these self-righteous scoundrels. The Trinitarians simply executed those who disagreed with them and who tried to follow the Bible and God's Laws (see Nos 122; 170; 168; 232; 266 F044vii). Many were tortured and killed in unspeakable ways. Many will have earned the First Resurrection (No. 143A) in martyrdom, but many will not, and it is these that have to be re-educated, so that they will not wish to kill those that misdirected them for whatever reason, in bad faith. So also their ministry that were misled by them will be confined with them, but separated from them, to protect both. It is a system of great re-education facilities in the camps, both in the world generally, and in the Cities of Refuge. Many in the Cities of Refuge will know why they are there, and for what they are being confined. However, many will not understand what uneducated and evil scoundrels they were. These will need special training and perhaps some special healing in the Resurrection process.

The Resurrection is only concerned with the Sons of Adam. There is no ethical or moral obligation for God to resurrect any of the Humanoids created by Satan and the Host prior to 4004 BCE (see No. 143). The resurrected Adamic Creation that has been corrupted by the poison ‘vaxxes’ of the Globalists under the Demonic Host will simply be resurrected without trace of the nano-particles in the system. They will however, if they participated willingly, not enter the First Resurrection. They will become humanoids in the Second Resurrection and will have to qualify to become elohim, as will Satan and the Demons, also have to requalify (No. 080). All will be subject to the Second Death (No. 143C). The righteous of the Holy Seed, over the one thousand years of the Millennium, will be resurrected and they will be transformed to elohim, as were those of the First Resurrection, and do not need to go into the humanoid phase to requalify. The Messiah will determine when it is safe to let these people have access to the general populace.

The entire populace will be placed in their families, and the aborted foetuses will be placed in their families, and the families will raise them, as they should have been raised originally. Those who have had multiple abortions may have others supervise the upbringing. Some of those people may be confined in Cities of Refuge, in which case, their next-of-kin will be expected to fulfil the role.

The Disabled

The disabled were disabled physically or mentally, or by demonic infestation. At their resurrection that disability will be repaired of any genetic disorder, induced by, ancestral deterioration. They will then proceed to be retrained and take their place as potential elohim among their peers.

The Fallen Host

The Fallen Host will be removed from any humans they have possessed at the return or the Host, if the Ministry of the Church (Rev. 3:7-13), or the Witnesses, have not already removed them, and sent them to the Pit, which power they have. That is the greatest City of Refuge that exists at present, on, or in, the planet.

The Fallen Host will remain in the Pit until they are released at the end of the Millennium and they again test mankind by fomenting rebellion and raise an army to march against Christ and the Camp of the Saints at Jerusalem (Rev. 20:7-10). Fire from heaven will then kill them all, both demons and men. Then the Second Resurrection of both demons and all mankind will occur. Those entities will then be distributed to the re-education camps or to the Cities of Refuge. (See also No. 080 for the Judgment of the Demons.)

Instruments of the Demons

Many people were used by, and many people asked for, Demon Possession. The demons used science over the last few centuries to undermine mankind and destroy their DNA. The Empire of the Beast in the Last Days was only made possible by Demon possession of massive numbers of people. Many of these are the more successful in the Political and Business sectors.

Pharmakeia

The demons used the pharmaceutical corporations to effect the war of the Fifth Trumpet and the undermining of the Human genetic condition. The Greek word forming the basis of this term pharmacy is pharmakeia. It appears in Gal. 5:20; Rev. 18:23; and the term from the same root appears in Rev. 9:21; 21:8; 22:15. These words are used to describe sorcery or sorceries (Rev. 9:21) or sorcerers for poisoners (Rev. 21:8). Rev. 22:15 places these sorcerers outside of the millennial system at the arrival of the Messiah, meaning they are consigned to the Second Resurrection and will remain there until they repent.

The massive damage done by them is termed Big Pharma under the demonic controlled political direction in the 20^th and 21^st centuries has never been equalled, even when the Romans put lead in the water systems everywhere they controlled. There seems little doubt that it was all demonically inspired. The humans controlled by these demons and trying to destroy our societies and establish the Empire of the Beast (No. 299A) and control society will all be separated, human from demon, and sent either to the pit of Tartaros in the case of the Demons, or to the Second Resurrection in the case of the humans of the Pharmaceutical Corporations and the Medical officers and bureaucrats that participated in the Genocide. The lesser medical officers that did not administer the genocide have a chance at repentance immediately, and also of entry to the millennial system, under the Witnesses and the Messiah. If they do not repent they will all be killed and sent to the Second Resurrection at the end of the Millennium. Those that think they can enforce genocidal injections and digital IDs to enforce the Beast system are either demon driven, brain dead, or very sick individuals that wish to control others, regardless of the hurt.

The fact that the demons have been allowed to place billions in the hands of people that will carry out their medical and genocidal processes is seriously insane. That is occurring everywhere, in either technology, or medicine, or politics. To allow them to disrupt and destroy that society to establish the Beast system is Satanic and they will join the Demons in the Cities of Refuge when they are resurrected. They will certainly not live into the Millennium. We must all realise that every person that has betrayed their country for the Globalist purposes to establish the Beast power will not live past 2030. No person involved with that system will enter the First Resurrection. The forced vaccination of the populace is an attempt to deny them the First Resurrection. The theory is that those not dead are simply prevented from being translated because of the nano-technology polluting their human structure. Such a view limits God and He is able to mitigate the effect on the translation and heal the elect. It will prevent massive numbers from going into the Holy Seed and breeding in the Millennium. No matter what happens, these people involved with the demons in the execution of the Pharmakeia poisoning of the world, will be located with the demons in the Cities of Refuge, on the Resurrection. So also will every minister that encouraged the vaxxing of their members so that they could travel to maintain their control; or so that they could go knocking on doors and collecting itching ears or funds. They will be killed at the arrival of the Christ and sent to the Cities of Refuge when they are resurrected from 3027, with the Fallen Host. They will all need Protective Custody, from a very annoyed planet.

False Religions

All false religion will be eliminated by the Messiah in 2030, (No. 141F). The ministry will not be permitted into the millennial system. They have one choice repent now or die over the short period from the Witnesses to the Messiah. The senior ministers of these organisations will also need protective custody in the Cities of Refuge. To put it simply, if God wants you, He will send the Holy Spirit to get you. Those who are fat and comfortable will not heed the message and dedicate themselves to the faith. They will be dead from the Advent of the Messiah. The Churches of God, both Sardis and Laodicea, have to repent now, simply to live.

Control of the World

God promised to hand over the world to Christ for the Millennial Sabbath Rest over the one Thousand years of the Millennium. An important text in understanding that is Psalm 110. It deals with the transfer of authority in the priesthood from Levi to the Order of Melchisdek. The priesthood of Levi will be moved to Melchisedek and the function of Levi will be limited to that of the Sons of Zadok. They will operate the Temple priesthood (Ezek. 40:46). This transfer of authority involves the control of the religious activity on the planet including instruction in the Second Resurrection under Messiah. Psalms 111 and 112 are associated psalms concerning the Priesthood and the resurrections. They add important information (see F019_5i).

Psalm 110

110:1 A Psalm of David. The LORD says to my lord: "Sit at my right hand, till I make your enemies your footstool." ²The LORD sends forth from Zion your mighty scepter. Rule in the midst of your foes! ³Your people will offer themselves freely on the day you lead your host upon the holy mountains. From the womb of the morning like dew your youth will come to you. ⁴The LORD has sworn and will not change his mind, "You are a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek." ⁵The Lord is at your right hand; he will shatter kings on the day of his wrath. ⁶He will execute judgment among the nations, filling them with corpses; he will shatter chiefs over the wide earth. 7He will drink from the brook by the way; therefore he will lift up his head.

Intent of Psalm 110

This psalm is a Messianic prophecy; and of the priesthood of the elect (see Heb. Ch. 8 (F058)). It is considered a royal psalm indicative of a Coronation, in this case Messiah's.

v. 1 The psalmist, most likely David, tells us that God the Father says to David’s lord, (SHD Adon the sovereign Christ or the Elohim of Israel Psa. 45), to sit on His right hand and wait for the time of the subjugation of his enemies. Comp. Mat. 22:42-46; Mk. 16:19; Acts 2:34; Eph. 1:20-22; Heb. 12:2; 1Pet. 3:22.

v. 2 The kingdom will be delivered to the Anointed One. Comp. Mic. 4:2; 7:14; Isa. 2:3; Ezek. 47:1; Pss. 2:8-9; 22:28-29.

v. 3 The peoples will follow willingly to Zion. Comp. Psa. 22:27-28; Rev. 7:9.

v. 4 God the Father assigns Christ to the priesthood Order of Melchizedek. Comp. Gen. 14:18; Zech. 6:13; Heb. 6:20; 7:1-3, 11, 17; Rev. 1:6.

vv. 5-6 Having revealed the priest Messiah in the previous verses, the king Messiah is here revealed in wrath and punishment of the nations over the earth. Comp. Pss. 2:2-6; 9-12; 45:4-5; 68:14, 30; 149:7-9; Zech. 9:9-10, 13-15; Rev. 11:18; 14:20; 17:12-14; 19:11-21; 20:8-9.

v. 7 Christ drank of the cup, and now rightfully rules. Comp. Phil. 2:7-11; Heb. 2:9-10.

God tells Messiah to sit at His Right Hand until He makes Messiah's enemies his footstool. That is happening now, in its final phase, over these last days. Here the Order of Melchisedek (No. 128), is given to the Messiah, as its head. It is an order more ancient than Levi, who when he was in the loins of Abraham, tithed to it. It is this order that was formed in Judea from 27-30 CE under the Christ and has been operating for almost 2000 years. It will take over the religious education of the planet over the millennial system from the Witnesses and the Messiah. Judah, Levi, and the part tribes associated with them, and Sardis and Laodicea will repent of their false systems, and Talmud, and the Hillel Calendar, and they will become part of it. Israel in its nations will follow as will the world. Those that do not repent will all die by 2030. It will continue on and educate the world and operate the Cities of Refuge both in the Millennium and over the Second Resurrection. The entire world will keep the Temple Calendar (No. 156) or face the consequences.

There will be no trace of false religion left to infect the world even down to the Cities of Refuge right up until the end of the human system, when we have all become elohim serving the One True God in the City of God and ruling the universe (F066v).
